I am a Senior at Troy High School, and I love making an impact on neurodiverse kids and inspiring them to beyond what their disorder limits them to. At peer 1 on 1, we make sure to include everyone and make them feel like they belong and actually have a spot in society. Peer 1 on 1 has really opened my eyes to what is possible when people come together for a common purpose, and in the past 4 years, I have met some of the coolest people and learned some of my most valuable lessons

I’m currently a sophomore at Oxford Academy. Peer 1on1 is an organization that has not only helped neurodiverse kids learn and develop, but also volunteers by educating them on the importance of connecting the neurodiverse and neurotypical worlds. Personally, I have developed by leadership and communication skills after joining this organization and am excited to continue this journey of interacting and connecting with the neurodiverse community.

I am a current sophomore at Oxford Academy. Peer 1 on 1 is an organization that helps others and makes strong relationships. Working with individuals with autism has taught me patience and really impacted my communication skills. Throughout my years at peer 1 on 1, I have learned to work with so many individuals and it has taught me several life lessons. I am very excited to continue with peer 1 on 1 and look forward to continue my journey
